Tell me about the American Horror Story season 10 plot…

Back in March 2021, American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy shared a brief trailer for season 10, featuring a black sandy beach lapped by waves with the caption”The name of American Horror Story season 10 is… Double Feature. Two dreadful stories. . .one season. One by the sea. . .one from the sand”

Murphy gave additional details on Instagram detailing what Double Feature meant, stating it would be two seasons airing in one calendar year with two completely different casts. “This means TWO SEASONS for the fans airing in one calendar year! So double the watching pleasure,” he wrote. “One place by the sea (this throw already declared ). A second by the sand (that throw announcement coming”

More hints at the summer 10 plot came from a series poster Murphy shared tagged to Provincetown, Massachusetts, which revealed two characters dressed in dark long coats.

Fans quickly started thinking about exactly what this could mean to the narrative. One wrote, “I am calling it now – Google’s fish’ Provincetown Mass, you’re welcome,” one fan wrote. The black fish’ is a New England folklore story about a sinister figure who allegedly terrorized Provincetown in the late 1930s and early 1940, dressed in black with flaming eyes, who lurked in dark pits and chased sailors.
