Away Season 2 Will there be any season 2?
Away Season 2 Will there be any season 2?

Away actually bought by Netflix in 2018 for the first time. The series was inspired by the one-year stay at the International Space Station of 2015-2016, headed by Astronaut Scott Kelly and cosmonaut Mikhail Kornienko. In order to help prepare longer missions, the mission aimed at evaluating the impact of space on the human body.

The show was originally expected to consist of 10 episodes with a probable budget above $6 million for each. Away made it all the way to #1 in the top ten of Netflix, generating decently high numbers of audiences, we think. It was a sci-fi soap and very naughty. The first season also concluded although the 3-year mission in the story was only largely complete; several dramas also remained.

But the green light of the next season was all this enough?

Will there be Away season 2?

Right now, it’s just a NO. Just over one month after it was released, Netflix canceled the series. The streaming service does not currently reveal whether Away will be returning for the second season. In general, Netflix wants to wait a few weeks to see how viewers think about the season and whether it is worth renovation when it comes to updating the show. In this situation, it’s because I have to see what’s up with the cliffhanger they left behind.

Audience Expectations from S02

In the second season, we’ll see how the Atlas’ crew takes Mars into a new life. Every crew member has his own individual assignments, but the botanist Kwesi possibly has the most important missions. The task of Kwesi is to develop life on Mars and it will prove that humans can colonize the planet if they can accomplish their goals.

The crew is isolated millions of miles from the Earth on an abandoned planet. Tensions can increase if they are not careful, particularly when the crew is under external pressure. Commander Green will certainly be responsible for preserving their ultimate unity by the end of the first season. So, for all the upcoming updates, stay connected with us here.
