• Bray Wyatt reappears on social media using the zombie hashtag that started at WrestleMania Backlash.
  • His last television appearance took place on the WWE Raw show after WrestleMania 37.

Previously, we reported that Booker T revealed on his latest podcast the identities of the people who played the role of the walking dead in the WrestleMania Backlash Lumberjack Match between The Miz and Damian Priest. Bray Wyatt took the opportunity to comment on Twitter, taking advantage of the hashtag: “Do you still miss me? #Zombies “.

This was Wyatt’s first message on the social network for almost a month . The wrestler had his last match against Randy Orton at WrestleMania 37 and made his last appearance on the subsequent Monday Night Raw show, where he revealed his intention to restart his project. Since then, Wyatt has not made any more appearances on televised WWE shows.

It was recently revealed that Bray Wyatt’s absence is due to the depression that the fighter has had to deal with in recent months. The Dirty Sheets podcast stated on its Patreon page that Wyatt has had a difficult season brought on by the passing of Jon Huber. The wrestler, known in WWE as Luke Harper, was a close friend and partner of Bray, with whom he shared several moments on stage during the “Wyatt Family” era.

Huber died in 2020 of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. A select group of people close to the former TNT champion knew of his medical condition. Bray Wyatt would have found out about this several weeks before, for which he requested a time away from the company to accompany his friend’s family. This also explains the sudden disappearance of “The Fiend” at TLC 2020, which lasted until his return to Fastlane the following year. Bray would continue working on RAW ahead of the great event with several appearances under his character ‘The Fiend’.
