To register a mark that consists of or comprises the name of a particular living individual, including a first name, pseudonym, stage name, or nickname, an applicant must provide a written consent personally signed by the named individual.

Brock Lesnar’s WWE bargain had expired after his loss in WrestleMania 36, along with The Beast Incarnate has not signed a new contract with the promotion yet. Back in January, WWE had filed an application in an attempt to trademark the moniker of “Brock Lesnar”. However, the petition was denied by the USPTO in March.

The main reason behind the same was that WWE had written consent from Brock Lesnar to proceed ahead with this application. WWE had been granted six months to achieve that. The filing was left-handed back in September, following the six-month duration expired. The correspondence has been issued to the exact same on October 2, 2020.

Brock Lesnar’s double bargain with WWE has died Brock Lesnar and WWE had agreed on two bargains, with one pertaining to the in-ring contest, and another for the product.

Both these deals have died as of today. Fans might be mindful that WWE had pulled all of Brock Lesnar merch out of its website, back in August.

Brock Lesnar is quite possibly the hottest commodity in the business, and fans of The Beast Incarnate are trusting that he will make his WWE return somewhere down the line.
