The show starts with a cannon-blasting of a mystery food dish into the faces of two blindfolded chefs. They must use their culinary skills to identify the entrée and then recreate it.
Their dishes are judged accordingly. The one who comes closest to the original dish is declared the winner. Further, he’s awarded with a cash prize.
