Well, as of June 2021, Netflix hasn’t declared the Sex Education season 3 release date yet. We are still awaiting that, but we have a fantastic idea once the new season is coming to Netflix.

When is the Sex Education season 3 release date?

After a delay caused by the coronavirus outbreak, the creation of Sex Education season three began in September.

Series two started a long time ago in January 2020, but Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s Chief Content Officer, promised that season three could premiere in the next half of 2021.

There will be more focus on individual storylines

Making the series under limitations meant that the series had to get a bit more creative with their filming and, consequently, will concentrate more heavily on individual storylines.

Ncuti Gatwa, that plays Eric, opened up about how the new scenes have been filmed at a current Instagram live. “Everybody was so individual this year. We were out of order. I am very much looking forward to watching it… I have only read everyone else’s storylines. For me, that’s always the most exciting part of production, once you’re able to look at the end product and look at everybody else’s storylines.”
