Shin Hye Sun And Her Long Journey From Supporting Roles To Starring In Mr. Queen

The talented artist had her first supporting role as another student in the K-Drama in School 2013. Afterwards she continued to work non-stop on different projects, but they were all supporting roles or not much notoriety.

It was in the year 2017 that Shin Hye Sun appeared on the radar of the public and the specialized critics with her role as Seo Ji Ahn, in the drama My Golden Life that her career gradually blossomed and her successes joined that of other Korean stars.

In it she interpreted the story of a woman who has the opportunity to rise in status by changing her identity with her twin sister. For this performance she received the KBS Drama Awards: Excellence Award (Long Drama) and the 6th APAN Star Awards: Top Excellence Award, Actress in a Serial Drama, among others.

The actress also starred in the film Innocence this year , as Jung In, a lawyer who is fighting to save her mother from a pesticide poisoning charge that killed 2 people.

With the work done in Mr. Queen, the young actress has shown her versatility as an artist by interpreting funny scenes as a woman who has the soul of a man.

The comedy begins when the soul of Jang Bong Hwan, a man living in present-day Korea, is trapped in the body of Queen Kim So Yong (played by Shin Hye Sun ) in the Joseon period after getting involved in a accident.
