With the transmission of NXT through USA Network, it was confirmed that next week Timothy Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa will face each other in a Fight Pit Match.

Wade Barrett hosted a meeting between the two competitors. Thatcher revealed that he was injured last week and is now ready for the fight. For its part, Ciampa warned that it will take all the freedoms it wants and the fight between the two will be more intense than TakeOver WarGames.

It should be remembered that the match was originally announced for the NXT New Year’s Evil special. The Fight Pit is a platform-top cage style of fighting, previously Thatcher had beaten Matt Riddle in a similar match before The Original Bro was traded to the main roster.
